Starting this property journey has been a rollercoaster. From studying Sport
Science, to graduating with an Accountant degree, I have now found a passion for
property and property investing. I have built my own clientele who I work with
personally and this has allowed me time and location freedom. I no longer work my
corporate job and the first step is always scary from a secured income.

knowledge, experience, and trusted partners. I have closed over 50+ deals and
these include Rent to Rent, Buy to Lets, HMO’s and Social Housing deals.
I believe property investing should be accessible to all and it is the service I offer. We
have an in-house team who provides full management which means there is no work
required from the investor. Our biggest project to date is a social housing deal worth
£1.3 million in Liverpool. We allowed investors to join the project and fund the initial
start up cost, guaranteeing them a return of £700 over a 36-month period. Our SA
management team is the best in the business. With over 300 units on management
and £30 million in bookings in the space of 5 years. We offer full interior design,
complete set up and full management”
